The Meringue Petticoat is the ULTIMATE in girly cuteness. It's soft chiffon layers provide oomph to dress and skirts WITHOUT any of the scratchy discomfort of tulle petticoats. It features 35 yards of gorgeous chiffon, cinched up into a luxurious skirt with a lace trim. The waist measurements listed are the "comfortable" range, but both sizes will stretch a tad bit farther and the hips are truly freesize...any hips will fit, NO PROBLEM.
