Returns and Exchanges
Can I return/exchange my item?
You may exchange your item within 10 days of receiving it. All items that are returned to us must be clean, unworn, and in re-sale quality. To exchange your item, contact us via the website within the 10 days to receive an RA number and a return shipping address. All items received without an RA number will not be refunded or exchanged. Please include an order number and the NAME that you used to order (if it is different than your own). You wil be responsible for return shipping costs, both ways. You will be given a shipping total when your exchanged item is ready to ship. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the item cost only, not the shipping. Please note that you will be refunded the amount you paid for the item, so if you use coupons or discount codes, your returned total may be different than the cost of the item on the website.
Clothing must be free of stains, tears, and smells for us to accept it back. All items that are received back that are not in re-sellable condition will be return to the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged. All CLEARANCE, lingerie, accessories and hosiery (socks/tights) are final sale. Items can be exchanged for the same item or a different one or we can refund via the payment method used for the original purchase.
My item came damaged or with a defect. Can I return it?
Of course. Please follow the return rules above. We will refund return shipping on all defective or damaged items. Defects not returned within 30 days of the purchase cannot be returned or exchanged, so please examine your item when you first receive it.
I bought an item off of another customer (via eBay, Facebook, etc). Can I return or exchange it?
No, you cannot return or exchange an item unless you are the original purchaser of this item. If you received an item as a gift, we must deal with the original purchaser for any returns/exchanges.
