What service do you use to ship your products to the US?
We ship via the United States post office. At this time, we offer Priority Mail and Express Mail as shipping options in the US and First Class International, Priority Mail International, and Express Mail International for all other countries.
After I order a product, how soon can I expect my order?
If you select priority mail and have ordered your products within the US, you can expect your order within 6-8 days. We only ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so if you order on the weekend, it may take slightly longer. We can cater to special time frame needs, but please Contact Us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your specific time frame.
Do you offer Free Shipping at all?
We do! Any domestic orders over $150 (before tax & shipping) receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping. The discount is applied automatically at check out. Please note that this is NOT valid with any other coupon codes.
Do you ship to other countries than the US?
Yes, we do ship to all countries. We offer both Priority Mail International and First Class International. Priority Mail is significantly more expensive, but if you use this service, we can track your package and will happily send you a new one if the Post Office loses or damages the item. With First Class International, since there is no way to track the item, we cannot be responsible for the item once it leaves our care. If you choose this option, please know that we cannot refund your item or re-send a new one, but we will provide you with proof that the item was shipped out.
I was charged customs fees by my country when I picked up my package. Why is this?
Individual countries charge their own customs fees and while we try to take steps to ensure this least likely, it still will happen on occasion. Please be aware that there is NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THESE and that they are the taxes of each individual country. These fees will not be repaid by us, nor are they our responsibility. Purchase with this in mind.
I need my items by xx date. Do you take requests?
Yes! But if you need an item by a certain date, you must contact us to make proper arrangments AND to make sure that you have selected the proper shipping speed.
